Art Hero is a Los Angeles–based art education program providing high-quality, hands-on art instruction for schools, youth organizations, and community programs.

Founded by art educator Stephanie Conde, Art Hero is rooted in the belief that creativity plays a vital role in student confidence, critical thinking, and self-expression.
Ms. Conde brings over eight years of teaching experience, primarily at the high school level, with additional experience facilitating workshops for elementary and middle school students, at-risk youth, and community-based programs. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Art Education at Azusa Pacific University, with a focus on pedagogy, curriculum design, and community-based art education.

Art Hero’s programs emphasize structured instruction, skill development, and creative exploration in an inclusive and supportive environment. Through partnerships with schools and organizations, Art Hero aims to make meaningful art education accessible while fostering student engagement, self-belief, and pride in creative work.

Mission

Art Hero’s mission is to make high-quality, inclusive art education accessible to all students.
Through hands-on creative experiences, Art Hero uses art as a tool for self-discovery, expression, and confidence-building, helping young people find their voice, purpose, and sense of worth.

By bridging personal expression with community connection, Art Hero fosters creativity as a means of storytelling, empowerment, and resilience — supporting students not only as artists, but as individuals.

Vision

Art Hero envisions a generation of creative thinkers who understand that art is more than a subject — it is a voice, a refuge, and a way to connect with the world.

We imagine schools and communities where every child, regardless of background, has access to meaningful art experiences that nurture confidence, curiosity, and compassion.
